I’ve been playing when I can at the Tin Can Ale House’s Country Club on Monday nights for the last few months. Super fun show that pulls together San Diego’s musical Americanists of all stripes from your pre-war 78 collectors to west-coast greasers to modern singer songwriters. These guys and gals have their shit together and release a vinyl record compilation every year. I’m very excited to have been invited to contribute this year, and very excited to go into the studio later this month. Then in April, I’ll be the featured performer for their April 7th show. Already making arrangements to be joined by some of the best fiddlers in San Diego.
