Very excited to be joined by @ajbwood9 on guitar and @zacsokolow on banjo. Now we can finally play this Jesse James duet that I’ve always loved. Wrapping a week of recording at @sonicranch record Wrapping a week of recording at @sonicranch recording studio, tucked away in a pecan orchard outside of El Paso. I’ve been working as producer and arranger for a new album from @stephen.el.rey It’s still a long road to completion but I’m very proud of what we accomplished. We tracked well over 10 songs with a dizzying variety of styles and instrumentations. The project has been one of the most creatively invigorating of my career and I’m excited to help bring this music to the world.
